Compensation
Maintaining the highest paying compensation in the industry. We believe in full transparency across all products and carriers. The agent who is doing the majority of the work should be the one who makes the majority of the money.
Technology
We believe that systems make our agents more efficient and more effective when helping clients. So, we will arm you with proven and effective systems to empower your work.
Merit-based Bonuses
When you are working hard, you should receive additional compensation. We have a monthly bonus program based on your productivity. Several of our carriers also have quarterly bonus programs.
Continuing Education
Imagine Financial offers FREE training all year round. We believe in the “hands on” approach and have unlimited training resources. We want you to feel confident and educated.
Renewals
Most companies will vest you after 5 or 10 years; many don’t offer renewals at all. At Imagine Financial, you’re 100% vested from Day 1.
Leads
Leads are our business. Our approach to the industry isn’t based around hounding friends, family, and acquaintances to buy insurance. Our clients are people who have requested insurance. We have exclusive digital and mailer leads.
